The Real-Time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR System uses a fluorescence real-time detection method to analyze the amplification of the PCR template. It is suitable for human genome engineering, forensic medicine, oncology, population biology, paleontology, zoology, botany, and other research fields. This PCR detection system can be an in vitro diagnostic medical device, which is suitable for polymerase chain reaction fluorescence quantitative detection in the field of clinical diagnosis of viruses, tumors, genetic diseases, etc.


● Advanced optical system including full-spectrum high-power LED and high-sensitive PMT top scanning achieves higher sensitivity you need in researches and experiments.
● High-precision temperature control over the block with a resolution of 0.1 ℃ offers reliable and consistent qPCR assay data.
● Gradient temperature range is 30-100℃ and the temperature difference between adjacent blocks can be high up to 40℃ for assay optimization.
● Sample tray automatically moves in/out, enabling integration with automated workstations/plate handlers for unmanned detection.
