The UVP201001, Ultraviolet Laser Microscope Slide Printer, and the UVP202001, Ultraviolet Tissue Cassette Printer, represent the next generation of slide printers. These advanced and easy to use printers can print directly on slides or tissue cassettes without using ink or printer consumables. The ultra-fast laser can print text, symbols, and barcodes on slides or cassettes in under three seconds. The large 10-inch color touch screen allows for configuration of the print template and easy data entry. All Four E’s USA’s printers are LIMS and HIMS compatible for easy integration.

Next Generation Print Technology
Four E’s USA’s Microscope Slide Printer and Tissue Cassette Printers feature robust laser printing technology. Unlike ink and thermal transfer printers UV technology etches the sample information into the slide or the cassette with laser precision. This makes the information easy to read and it is not susceptible to smudging from solvents or mechanical abrasion. These long-life lasers are designed to operate service and consumable free for millions of prints, saving on time, money, and service calls. Print time per slide or cassette is an industry leading 3 seconds and the units are designed for continuous operation.

Four E’s USA histology printers are designed for continuous operation with many features specifically for single and bulk operations. The Microscope Slide Printer has a removable slide loading tray for easily switching out slide types. The Tissue Cassette Printer has six removable hoppers for storing cassettes of different color or type. The Slide Printer has two slide output attachments, one for small batch operation and another for bulk printing. The Cassette Printer has a cassette output tray for small batch operations or a detachable output hopper for collecting large print jobs.
Easily Configure Print Templates
The 10” Color interface is easy to use and displays current print jobs and printing tasks. Easily update information using the built-in barcode scanner, LIMS/HIMS system, touchscreen, or connected devices. Custom templates are easy to create using the drag and drop interface. Easily set up sample number with automatic incrementing using the template configurator. Choose from a selection of barcode types, fields, and print styles to suite your lab workflow.
