Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the growth of our international lab equipment company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Skills: Strong strategic planning, project management, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
