Returns & Exchange

At Four E’s USA, our goal is to provide you with the best Customer Service, information, images, product materials to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible.
However, we also encourage you to shop with us and experiment with what products fit your needs, and understand that on occasion, you'll need to return or exchange something you've purchased. We make every effort to ensure that the return and exchange process is as quick and simple as possible for you.

How to cancel an order after it has been submitted?

1) If change your mind when you have placed an order on, please contact our Support Team at immediately. The limited window to cancel for you is usually 8 hours after ordering it. You will get a notification upon the cancel finished.
Once items of your order have been shipped out before Four E’s USA gets your request of cancel, the order fulfillment should continue.

What items are eligible to Return?

2) In case the item was damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact our Support Team at within 7 business days from the date when the product was delivered. You will be asked to provide pictures of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in. The return shipping in this case is totally paid by Four E’s USA.

3) Item(s) being returned must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all product materials. If the packaging was opened, the item(s) must be returned in resalable condition. Item(s) not returned in resalable condition will NOT be refunded. We will be happy to return them to you for a nominal shipping fee.

Simple THREE steps for you to Return

#1. Contact us via email to get RMA Number.
#2. Get carrier you choose to ship the product to Four E’s USA.
#3. Expect the refund.

4) You must take an initiate step to contact us by emailing within 30 days from the delivery date, and requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. You should specify:

  • What item(s) you would like to return and why.
  • The buyer’s name, company name if applicable, address, email address and telephone number.

We will provide you an RMA Number and shipping address via email. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
Return requests received after 30 days from the delivery date will be assessed a 10% Restocking Fee, meanwhile return requests received after 40 days are not accommodated.
Returns received after 30 days from the RMA issue date, or received without an RMA Number, will automatically be subject to a non-negotiable 20% Restocking Fee.

5) Returns are not available for closeout, discontinued, or clearance items. Items used in film or legal proceedings are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For purchases not made directly through, please contact retailers for refunds.

6) The customer is responsible for all shipping charges of return unless the item was damaged upon receipt. To ensure safe travel of your return item(s), we highly encourage you to ship via a traceable shipping method (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS) with a delivery confirmation or tracking number. All shipping costs must be pre-paid. COD (Collect of Delivery) shipments will be refused outright. To ensure prompt refunds, we encourage you to email your return tracking information to our Support Team at

7) Refunds are for merchandise only. All returns are subject to inspection and then refunds will be issued at Four E’s USA's sole discretion. The value of refunds will be consistent with the subtotal of the products you ordered from us, unless Restocking Fee occurs during you ask for this return. Shipping charges or costs are not refunded.
Refunds will be executed with the same method which you originally chose for order payment, not in the form of coupon or anything else. You will expect a refund which proceeds within 7 business days from the date when returned products are received by Four E’s USA.

How to proceed Exchanges?

8) If you need a different item, please place a new order for the replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have received. The quickest way to ensure the processing of your replacement items is place a new order for the new item(s), and immediately request an RMA Number.
